Oil Spills in Saudi Arabia
The kingdom of Saudi Arabia is classified as the top country to produce oil and sells it to the world. The unique shipping method causes a lot of environmental problems in the Arab Gulf. According  to albawaba.com, “the damage done to the environment by that war was dwarfed by the catastrophic effects of oil spilled during the Persian Gulf War: on January 23, 1991, Iraq began intentionally pumping crude oil into the Gulf from the Sea Island supertanker terminal 10 miles off the Kuwaiti coast”.  The Saudi government funded companies have to response to these problems and they have to clean the gulf from oils spills.

  1. Great photo! It really has an impact!

    Suggestions:
    1. When you end a quote, the period needs to come before the quotation marks: off the Kuwaiti coast.”

    2. Work on elaborating and explaining quotes more.
